A clean room with lots of space. Quiet and nice. Lots of parking places. Our own refrigerator and a coffee maker.

Staff was really nice young girly, there was an issue with our bed and so she moved us out of our room to accommodate us.
-cleanliness was okay, however smell of food was pretty strong and unpleasant in the hallway.
overall it was okay. $200 is a bit high for this location.

Stains in the ceiling. Generally ok but more used and worn out than I expected after seeing the pictures. That being said the AC worked, the bed was fine, the TV was nice with lots of free streaming. If you want better in the Portland CT area prepare to go north of 300 per night

Dirty room, bathroom drawer filled with brown stained towels and a small toy p*nis, rude front desk, upstairs neighbor was impossibly loud shaking our lights and the already broken shower head, no phone in room, broken glass on the floor, asked for no house keeping as we like our privacy, came back to our room in the evening to find our trash gone and new towels, just a horrible experience

Had bugs crawling in the bed and staff told me they didn’t see any and that it was the best room in the place as if they had slept in every room themselves.
Then said they had people coming to spray every month to get rid of the bugs they knew they had ! Fought with me about giving a refund until finally doing so. Completely delusional. Place looks really shabby and worn out in person. Looks like your driving into a broken down trailer park.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was actually the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The prices were very very fair. The staff was very friendly. I will be back

Negatives outweigh positives.
The ac unit did not take the humidity out of the air and everything felt damp in the room. The faucet fixtures were not secure. No iron or ironing board. There were several questionable characters hanging around outside several of the buildings. Check in was a nightmare. Having made a payment for half the amount of our stay, when i got to the hotel they told me I had to pay the entire amount. After FINALLY getting a customer care rep on the phone from hotels,com, I found out there was only a hold for half and the payment was never taken. That mess took 45 minutes to solve. The room was large and the bed was comfortable but with the negatives, I would not stay there again.
