My stay was okay. Although, I enjoyed the amenities of the resort, the customer service and room was lackluster. I was also charged a $100 incident fee but wasn't told about it until I called the front desk and asked about it. Also, at check-in the two customers in front of me were making complaints, so it wasn't a great introduction for me. This was my first time staying here.

Walking a distance for the restaurant not very good. The bar at the check-in advertised breakfast but none was available. No place to get items for the room that were forgotten and I had to DoorDash.

Could be better
Our hotel room and the pool area was the best part of our stay. We ordered a pizza that was only suppose to take 15 minutes. Turned into 2 hours.. the guy bartender did help us get our pizza and would check on us pretty often to see if we’ve gotten it (we ordered it with the girl). The breakfast restaurant was horrible. The food was okay, but the service was horrendous. The girl that served us, didn’t bring what we asked for after asking 3 times, and getting up to ask her a fourth time. After bringing us a check with everyone’s stuff on it. We asked her to spit it (like we told her to) and she came back with receipts for us to sign , with no pen. We waited 15 minutes after asking for a pen, she walked by plenty of times, she would stand around talking. We met her at the front where you get seated. And asked for a pen, she blatantly looked at us and walked away. My husband grabbed a pen for me off the desk, we signed and left. She was completely unapologetic and seemed like she could care less of customers wants/needs. I’m not the type to say the customer is always right because that’s not always the case, but from server experience, her service was horrible. I do not remember her name but I’m sure cameras from date and time could tell the establishment who she was.

We have loved this place and have been visiting 1–2 times a year. Unfortunately, during this stay, we encountered several serious issues that need attention. Our room had a strong mildew smell, with warped closet paneling and visible mildew on the ceiling. The odor was overwhelming. The toilet seat was broken, and on the second morning of our two-night stay, we woke up to fire ants in the bed. Additionally, the door did not lock and required no key, which is a significant safety concern. I reached out to the hotel directly while there but did not receive a response.

Room for improvement, but had a great time!
The staff at the front desk were amazing as was the bar tender at the wine bar in the Grand Centennial. Service was slow at the Oasis grill, swim up bar, and hippie fish bars. The pool area was very nice and fun as was putt putt and the arcade. There was a stain on the cushion of my chair in my room and I found the beds to be too firm for my liking, but overall I had a very good time!!!

Love the lazy river! Very clean & great water flow! Just wish it was open later than 8pm during the week to avoid the sun.
Nice rooms! Wish there was a microwave & more storage though - both drawers & shelves would be helpful. Like having a small fridge at least.
Will say that the in-room safe is a bit of a joke since it's not attached to anything & someone could just take the whole thing. Felt safe on the property so not a deal-breaker.
Pretty property & are standard go to when visiting family in the area during the warm season. This was our 2nd visit & we'll definitely be back.

Place and am disappointed that either someone else decided to keep them or the staff just did not pick them or threw them away. They were prescriptions so nobody else could use them. Sad really

We love the oasis. We visit often with my daughter who lives the water park. This visit was extra fun with hippie fish open. Definitely a favorite for us! The waterpark is always a blast.
And right across the street is the beach so my daughter loved that too. We went visit the beach both days. however a few things could use improvement… the tv and multiple outlets in our room didn’t work. The phone didn’t work either. Curtains don’t black out- a lot of light comes in from windows and doors. Other than that we love this place and will be back.
