Overall it was clean- The restaurant we planned on going to at the ****** was closed. There was not a refrigerator in the room. The bed was oddly uncomfortable. The shower was great but the seal was broken at the bottom and we had a small lake in the bathroom. Don’t order the Indian tacos at the Thunder grill.

We do offer refrigerators, they are $25 per night, unless you reserve a suite. The suites have a fridge in the room already. I will get with maintenance to fix the seal in the shower. If you ever have any issues with anything, always let us know so we can get you switched to a different room. We hope to see you again so we can redeem ourselves.Thank you!!

The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. It just smells like mildew in the elevators and my room. The shower water always goes on the bathroom floor so that could be part of it. Maybe it’s better outside of pool season too. Not my first stay but the same experience both times.

The only big complaint that I have is the air conditioner in our room kept shutting off during the night other than that it was an ok hotel

Service was great , bed was comfortable . At 1am my boyfriend woke up from being bit by something, sure enough it was a bedbug . Have not heard from manager yet , not offered refund , nothing has been done . Will not stay there again .

We really enjoyed our stay I only have a few things that I was disappointed with. Our room did not have fridge. When we checked in there was a pretty significant spike on the carpet in the room that was soaking wet and even when we woke up the next morning it was still wet.

Clean, spacious, nice pool and concert venue!
Came for a concert. Pool was nice, concert venue was nice, & room was clean. Only issue was the pillows were very flat and blankets were very thin. Other than a little comfort issues, we enjoyed our stay!
