Breakfast was alright, we’ve stayed before and enjoyed the waffles. This stay had limited breakfast items and they put the food away before breakfast was over. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A hard place to walk to/from the downtown area after dark. Did not feel particularly safe and was worried about wildlife. Otherwise, a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit below standard I thought but not a major issue. Would go back.

The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. The hotel definitely caters to the construction workers, the breakfast ends at 8am, very early. But we made it work. One raining evening they setup chicken noodle soup in the lobby for the guests. It was very nice.

It was easily accessible for my handicaped brother. The free breakfast was also delicious.

Personnel don't care. For $250 per night my room wasnot done daily, the chairswere dirty, the bathroom supplies were not filled.
Check-in was a nightmare.
We will look to another facility next time.
Manager did not care, nobasked about our stay experience during checkout.

I was not happy with the breakfast hours, which were from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM — I feel that’s too early.
Also, starting from 7:00 AM, there was a lot of noise right outside my door from the cleaning staff, which woke me up and was quite unpleasant.
Overall, the staff didn’t seem very friendly during my stay.

The hotel is in a good location - easy to find and close to stores and restaurants. Its exterior is well maintained and there is free parking.
Right inside the main entrance is the check-in area. Nearby is the room where the hotel provides an early morning breakfast from 5 am to 8 am. Right beside the breakfast nook is a room with tables and chairs where you can eat and/or visit. In the lobby, there ia a large water dispenser with cut up oranges in it. The water is cold and delicious. 24 hour coffee and tea can be found in the breakfast area.
The room was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.
I highly recommend Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kitimat.
