The room was sufficient. The staff were friendly. When we needed help with DirectTV, the clerk could not help. I did figure it out though and I was able to watch my favorite show. The breakfast was okay, but the water for hot tea had to be heated in the microwave.

This was the worst hotel to stay at ever! The room had blood splatter stains in the closet on the walls, the bed had torn, tattered, and stained bed covers. The couch had leather coming off so bad it was black. The wall next to the tv had big stains on it. And then first thing in the morning there was NO HOT WATER when tsking a shower! It was absolutely a misreble stay - For a rediculous price for the room I would NEVER stay again!

Wonderful
The hotel was very nice. From the entrance being decorated for fall (which was so cute) to the room being clean and neat and smelled good. The bed was super comfortable. The only complaint we really had was it seemed like our hot water in the shower/tun ran out very quick. All in all though very nice. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again
房间很脏，家具老旧破损。我们到的时候，椅子背面有饮料洒的痕迹，咖啡桌上还有死虫子。浴室里也有霉菌。
不过工作人员非常好，酒店主体部分也很不错。
停车位充足，早餐很棒。性价比很高，房间又大又干净。像这种品质的连锁酒店，总是物有所值，服务和设施也很好。
楼梯上的地毯很脏，请乘坐电梯。
如果你来得晚，但离关门时间还有半小时，早餐就不补充了，茶/咖啡和热食也保温不了，煎饼的面糊也用完了。
塑料餐具和服务太糟糕了。浪费太多了，但这里到处都是这种情况。
