The hotel staff were excellent. We especially appreciate Joniah’s efforts in handling the problem we had with *******. She is a consummate professional and a warm, caring person. The Hyatt organization can be proud of the way she represents them. (Thanks again, Jonah. All the best!)

I was in town to visit my daughter in college and the location was perfect. The room was immaculate and the property was beautiful. The breakfast was also great which is to be expected of Hyatt hotels.

We were extremely unhappy with the management at this Hotel. We booked thru ******* at least 2 months in advance. We were traveling from Phoenix and Alliegant Airlines cancelled out flight. When we contacted the hotel to ask for a refund for our $400, 1 night stay, they refused to refund our money. Even though it was 2 months out and during our stay was the State Fair. We ended up getting another flight to come so that we didn't have to lose the money. When we arrived we noticed there were many work trucks in the parking lot and was told that the hotel was full. They could have easily resold our room with 2 months in advance or 2 days in advance. We felt it was very unfair. They blamed it on using ******* to book it. Although ******* also called 3 times trying to get a refund for us. We travel to Minot at least 2 times a year for business. We will never stay there again or recommend anyone to make a reservation with them. ******* was wonderful and tried to help us. The hotel wouldn't budge. Pretty crappy in our opinion.

We were so pleased with the room. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and a nice sitting area.
