There was no hot water in the shower and was given a smoking room then a non-smoking room the bedsheet is all dirty. The room is pretty gross.

It was a really terrible experience that included a bugs inside of the room, broken door to access the bathroom while traveling with family. I contacted ******* to assist. Because we have to leave early as we couldn't spend one more night in that place, and I would recommend to anyone. So far, no response from ******* on our inquiry about leaving early and why they list such a property on their options.

Clean and safe for my daughter while my flight was delayed. She was able to check in and wait for me happily because in and out is across the street.

The elevator was out of order so i had to get a different room. The Netflix ootion on the tv wouldnt work and the wifi was sketchy.The area was very noisy. The room was clean

Our room had no TV, the toilet did not flush, the chair was broken and the refrigerator did not work. After approaching the front desk, the gentleman, Ron, was completely unapologetic and let us know he was aware of no TV and may be able to move us later in the day. No offers to make right the first night having to stay in those conditions. Furthermore, both nights had a huge party in the courtyard until 3am that no one did anything about trying to quiet at all. Requests for refunds were denied. This is absolutely our last time staying here ever and we were annual visitors.

My room wasn’t cleaned, there was a bunch of homeless people in the area I heard loud music and doors slamming all night long with kids running around all over the place.
