Hotel is clearly in need of refurbishing, but it served for our purpose which was to arrive the day before our cruise instead of having to drive 6 hours on the day of the cruise.

Wow, no idea how this hotel is even operational. The entire 4th floor smelled like a pack of newports. Everyone room, caked in filth. It was dark and everything is stained. I almost felt like it was a dystopian reality. So much shady things going on at once it made my head spin. What seemed to be prosecution. Needles in parking lot. It was pure brutality.

I booked this hotel because they advertised having an airport shuttle, but when I arrived, I found out they don’t actually offer one. That was frustrating and inconvenient since I had planned around that service.
When I got to my room, the refrigerator was working at first, so I put all my food inside. Unfortunately, overnight it stopped working, and everything spoiled. That was a huge disappointment and a waste of money.
The staff was polite, but the overall experience did not match what was advertised. I expected better and wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
酒店很干净，我们睡得很好。服务挺不错，但设施有点令人失望。我是看了照片才选的，结果泳池里全是绿色的黏稠物，而且根本没有照片上的台球桌！早餐还可以，就是没有鸡蛋，酸奶也得主动要。我们要第二个酸奶的时候，居然被告知“没有了”！
太差劲的酒店了，强烈不推荐，根本不值一星。电梯坏了，枕头硬得跟石头一样，早餐也难吃得要命。

简直难以置信。这个价格，你肯定会觉得这里应该很干净。走廊脏得一塌糊涂，根本没吸尘，电梯也坏了，楼梯居然在走廊最里面。走廊里臭气熏天，房间里也弥漫着浓重的印度菜味。我喜欢印度菜，但可不想在酒店房间或走廊里吃到。电梯里面更糟糕，脏得像几个月都没打扫过一样。难怪电梯坏了好几个小时。就算免费我也不会住这里。
