Enjoyed our stay

My wife is handicapped and in a wheelchair. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room and it was excellent. A roll in shower and the room itself was spacious for wheelchairs.

Lux Suburban Hotel

For a suburban hotel, this is an extraordinarily quality stay. The staff is professional, the rooms are well designed, well equipped and quiet, the fitness room is the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel—inclusive of the large downtown hotels I’ve stayed in throughout the US. The food options via the Starbucks embed are varied and good.

Not just excellent but surprisingly so for a suburban hotel.

Staff was not professional to begin with. Stayed there for 2 night and the room was not serviced after the first night.

Noisy place. They need to stay up to Marriott expectations.

Don't Book this Hotel

I had reserved a two night stay for a wedding this past weekend. When I went to check in, the hotel staff told me that I no longer had a room there, even though it had been reserved for a month. I was told they allowed someone to extend their stay, which took up my room. What's the point of reserving a room if you don't get it to begin with.

The Manager wouldn't cover both nights at another hotel, so because of Marriott's mistake, I lost out on money. They are supposed to be a good chain, even a partner of the NFL as they proudly proclaim with signs, but they have horrible business and customer service.

Clean, no-frills, easy-in, easy-out. Good location for visiting friends or relatives in Olathe. Black Bear Diner across the parking lot has excellent breakfast all day. Silas & Maddy's Homemade Ice Cream, a short walk away, is a must stop.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean. The room was a little small which is why I didn't rate an excellent. Nice area, easy to find.
