The toilet in the room leaked and we put towels around the base to absorb the water. I told the front desk person who was going to send someone to fix it. When we returned, the toilet still leaked and the dirty towels were shoved under the sink. "Breakfast" was a joke! There was no one at the desk in the morning (8:15) and then someone came out of the back who had obviously been sleeping. At $177.00/night, while it may be less expensive than other places, it wasn't worth it.

Room was clean. Well stocked towels. Staff was pleasant. Good value. Right off the highway and easy to get to. Discount provided for neighboring Mexican Restaurant was a nice touch. Will stay there again without hesitation. Thank you

Thanks! The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and big. Tryvto go to the restaurant Cancun next to the hotel. Food is very good and pretty good service. You can have good tequîla shot and not taking your car for the return because its in the same parking lot!😀

Room was fine and met our needs for the night we had to stay in the area. There seemed to be some transition or possible construction/upgrade going on. Would like to see it when done.

Perfect easy location

Quick overnight between hockey games. We took the chance to visit Plymouth and we’re so happy we did! Large room, comfortable beds, cute sofa section. Everything looked new in our room! Lots of great food nearby, too. For our needs, it was perfect. Good value.

Pool is in disrepair long term. No elevator, so we had to walk down a set of stairs that took us to the hall to walk up two flights of stairs to our room with a heavy suitcase. Got unpacked and the toilet was broken. Manager said it would be fixed but minutes later came to the room with a different room key, so we had to pack everything up to move to another room. No designated parking area as they share the lot with a busy restaurant. I spent 20 minutes driving around trying to snag a parking spot. The room itself is nice and clean. The amenities we were banking on for this stay were disappointing. The staff was very kind, but it was not what we expected! Womp, womp!

Many issues, run down

While the room itself was clean, the main areas of hotel were quite run down and didn't look too clean. The air conditioning unit in my room made very loud noises when the A/C kicked on. I was so tired both nights that I didn't let the hotel staff know, as I suspected it might not be easy waiting for them to deal with it. The door where I entered the hall for room had a key card access, but the lock was taped over therefore it was open to anyone. Again, I should have complained, but I just triple locked my door and felt that would probably keep me safe.
