The place could use some upgrading but everything was in great shape. Im always looking for cleanliness when I book a place to spend the night and this place is spotless, no bad smells and well kept. The day manager is a great guy. I left my driver’s license behind and did not notice my mistake until I was already 8 hours away and this gentleman for no extra cost went to UPS and next day it to me.

The facility was clean and the staff were very nice. The location was perfect for me since i did a few things in both Warren and Youngstown.

I was bitten multiple times by bed bugs - I have at least 20 bites all over me. Do not recommend.

The room and hallway were immaculate. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The beds and pillows were most comfortable. This is an older establishment that could benefit from some curb appeal work, but a great value for the money.

床很不舒服，中间凹陷，房间看起来像是上世纪70年代的风格。唯一的优点是房间里有一台漂亮的大屏幕电视。马桶摇晃不稳。而且没有电梯到二楼。
