If you like antique collections, they got some exotic items. The front office people are very nice, courteous, and very engaging. The restaurant upstairs is decent. I didn't want to step out for dinner after a hectic sightseeing day and the upstairs restaurant came to the rescue. I will say you will get more bang for the buck.

Hotel theme was good showcasing antique items. Room was ok. Bathroom could have been maintained well as it was also looking like antique piece. Room necessaries were not provided proactively and we had to ask for each and everything. Breakfast options were limited to poha up-ma and a sweet

The hotel owner was a good person. But there was a staff member who poked nose in everything the guests would do. If asked to do anything, he would first give a snark y comment about the guest and then do the job. Secondly, the basic hotel etiquettes such as cleaning the room after the previous guest has left, leaving soap and towels in the bathroom for the next guest, etc. Were missing which they were doing but after that snark y comment. The hotel is at a very good location, rooms are good, but small things should be improved for a better experience of the customers.

Location was good. This is not a 3 star property and dont expect much. Not clean property. Food is good. In breakfast, only 3 items provided. Owner and staff was helpful.

Stay experience are very bad, hotel owner/ manager behaviour was not appropriately. They are also gives very bad words on mmt as they are not satisfied with you for giving discount on hotel stay. They charge us on every things i. E. On water bottle, tea, coffee etc. I hope you take strong actions on this hotel as they create bad publicity for mmt too.
