There was no USB port in the room which is needed. Needed more towel bars and the window did not lock securely, and it was on the ground floor. I would not stay again as it did not have a free breakfast but there was a cafe on site.

Bathroom door didn’t operate correctly. Towel rack was pulling off the wall in the bathroom. Toilet seat was loose and falling off. Air conditioning didn’t keep up. Numerous flies in the room.

There is no lobby, you check in at the diner. The hallways are dark, the carpets appear dirty, and has an odor. The first room had water dripping around the bathroom vent and onto the bathroom floor. We were offered another room. There was black hair in the sink, and on the shower stall walls. The shower head was hand held and it's holder was not attached correctly to the wall. The room smelled of dampness. The towels and garbage were not changed until day three of our stay. The diner is conveniently located, the food was good, but it took 1 and 1/2 hours to eat breakfast. We left one day early. Do not stay here, a total disappointment. To top it all off they overcharged my credit card by over $600.00+ dollars!!

Inconvenient
One employee was running hotel check in and diner! No coffee in room or anywhere in hotel, that is unacceptable! They refused to give me a physical receipt which I need for my employer. I do not recommend.
