Had to check in at the convience store next door. Floor was dirty, shower had the hand held shower head taped to the wall and one of the bedside lamps bulb was faulty. It would just flicker-very annoying.

Arrived at 7:00pm on the first night of my stay to find out they had given my room away.

Check in was at the gas station next door. Owners are trying to remodel but the rooms smelt of years of smoking, the room had flys in it, the clothing rack was installed upside down, the bed was hard and the location is noisy. Air conditioning worked well.

Upon denim I was issued a key to a room that was occupied and walked in on someone sleeping. That’s Gould never happen. There should be better management of rooms that are occupied or not. I also did not like the fact that I had to check in and check out at the convenience store next door. Apparently it’s owned by the same owners and they have no one on staff in the office at the hotel to assist the hotel guests. That’s tacky and unprofessional. Also, the rooms need to be upgraded. Walls need to be deep cleaned and repainted especially in the bathrooms. Overall, awful experience.

Room was dirty, they didn't have ice and no free breakfast..Property Manager was very sure he wouldn't refund us our money. He didn't have a good attitude. Spider keep coming in room and he said that there was not going to spray for the bugs. Worst experience of my life.

BEWARE TRAVELER, This hotel is NOT what it advertises!
1) Had to wait 20 minutes at adjoining convenience store to check in
2) NO BREAKFAST as advertised!
3) Told by owner we had to give a good review to get 'free breakfast which turned out to be a cup of coffee
4) TVs Never worked first night
5) After second night had to PAY for Coffee
6) Second night Key cards would not work to get back in room on ALL 3 of our rooms
This place is NOT what is advertises! Never again!
