Older hotel and needs some updating in the lobby and hallways, but rooms are nice and updated.
Nice continental breakfast.
Had some issues with our door keys not working and was assigned a new room, after they could not gain access to the room they assigned us.
It was very quiet and not busy at all. Had pool to ourselves. Only thing that was distuptive were the trains passing directly behind the hotel.
We will likely stay again on our next trip down that way.

The morning staff wasnt anywhere to be found at checkout. Than when we finally found her after standing there for 10 minutes she didnt even get up off the chair or get off her phone to come check us out.

was woke up at midnight by people talking on the first floor, the staff always had to have the bell rung. They were never in front. And breakfast did not get eat, cold cereal, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, when I got there, there was no biscuits. Guy told me yesterday morning. They were cold. I end up just leaving.

Breakfast is good- beds were very comfortable-
Room was dark even with lights on. Train noise kind of annoying at night. Overall- a good place to stay

Parking was good, location was good for what we needed.
THE HOTEL IS BUILT RIGHT NEXT TO THE VERY ACTIVE TRAIN TRACKS (within 30 yards) which made it very hard to sleep as you could feel your bed start to rumble before the train ever came by ever so loudly.
The place just needs a good scrub and a remodel.
The carpets were disgusting, things were falling apart, the AC kept turning off, the hot tub was out of order, the entire place was hot (early October, so it wasn't something that AC couldn't fix)...

The manager is non-existent and does not give his Front Desk staff the ability to make decisions to fully serve the guests. The hotel is more concerned about their policies than understanding the plight of having to make last minute travel changes, even after staying there for 3 nights.

they were able to let us check in early. rooms nice size & clean. didn't care for the pillows. the breakfast was lacking quality- we went elsewhere to eat. quiet area was nice but nothing around. i would stay there again if in the area.

Specifically booked a “non smoking” room with 2 double queen sized beds, and received a smoked room. The employees then placed my family into a single queen size bedroom for 4 people. Unpleasant experience overall. On top of that it took them awhile to find our booking info. You want to be able to come and not have to deal with this kind of stuff after a long day.
