Wasn't even questioned for checking in 2 hours early (I was coming from the Omaha airport) and I once again got upgraded so I was in the same building as breakfast. My only suggestion is to add something gluten free to breakfast. Thanks!

Room was clean but pillows were small and squishy. The tiny TV was placed so low it was difficult to watch in bed or from the chairs in the room. Caulking around dated bathtub is cracked. Low vanity. Insufficient plugins for today’s needs. Price seems high for room, but it is the only hotel in the area.

They must have done a recent remodel. Lots of carpet. Everywhere. But…it was in great condition and clean. Service was good. Nice clean bathroom and had all the amenities one likes for a hotel. Microwave and Fridge. The ice was conveniently located and cable worked great. Will definitely be back.

Staff were friendly. Monitor shutdown during check-in. Carpets in room were very dirty with dirt piles near bottom of interior doors. Need a thorough shampooing.

It’s an older motel and shows its age. The room was clean but I kept catching a smell that was musty. Breakfast is just cereal or toast, but no problem if that’s what you expect. It was a good deal at a place we needed to stop. Good enough, but not great.

Comfortable, safe, clean, SIMPLE motel. Bed was too soft for us and had to ask for blankets. Very simple breakfast but not surprising at this small town. Friendly, Iowa folks.

Fan in BR didn’t work. Some flies but Onawa seems to have more flies than usual this year outside and a few other places. GreatAC. Especially friendly day staff. Great mattress. Park right outside room. Very Clean everywhere. Carpet in room with stains. Warm blanket. Few minutes driving to church, downtown. Good overall store very close by. Bonguards. Sunrise grocery in town is very excellent for small town, wine, selection of foods. Staff. Recently remodeled.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. The hotel was in a very small town and not many choices to eat. Besides Dairy Queen and McDonalds.
