The room I stayed had been remodeled but the bathroom doors did not even close all the way so the water ran all over the floor. And was pooling even under the shower… also, the hotel’s back entrance/exit door kept locking up so I after several times of walking around on the outside to get to my vehicle, I had to ask at the front desk if it was broken. It was quickly fixed….

It’s a good location if you’re going to SeaWorld/Aquatica, the rooms need to be more detailed cleaning , the restrooms specifically; had lots of old soap stains and looked rusted on the shower area. Also I think there was a kids baseball tournament or something like that going on the area because we had breakfast there one morning only but didn’t for the other day of our stay because what we saw. I saw two Kids were playing on the ground with utensils to grab the food , I know this has more to do with the parents not paying attention to what their kids are doing, but that’s a big no no for us . The front desk staff was really friendly and attentive.

The only thing i did not like about this property was having to pay for parking. I do not think you should charge to park at your own property...you have plenty of parking availability. So when i arrived i had to put a 50$ deposit for a 5$ parking permit which i was not aware of before hand.

A couple of things you will have to pay for parking and also have a $50 refundable deposit. I also found a cockroach in my room. That grossed me out. I contacted the front desk and ******* and was refunded 1 nite out of the two nights I paid for. Customer Service was great Im not sure I would stay there again if they have cockroaches
