Nothing bad to say. Excellent customer service. Conveniently located to everything you may visit in New Orleans. Next door to restaurants. Walking distance to CVS/Walgreens for essentials. Will book here again.

The lady at check in gentleman at check out were very nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I wish there were trashbags in the trash can in the living room area, the front desk staff were happy to provide what we needed. On the other hand the parking staff put a boot on our car stating the car was sticking out too far and tries to charge us extra storage. The car was well within the parking space.

Room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for my family and I. Many restaurants and other amenities within ealking distance!! We will definitely return!

Loved the property definitely would recommend and will be returning. The only complaint I have is about the valet service. there should be a faster way to request your vehicle. At night they make you wait in line with the check in guest to request your vehicle. Each time I waited 20 plus minutes for my car.

整洁卫生，房间超大，带厨房，各种餐具、锅、微波炉、冰箱齐全。卫生间很大。整个大楼装修挺新的。酒店居法国区边上，去杰斐逊广场1公里，酒店边还有一个拉法耶广场，位置不错！
房间和卫生间大，落地窗明亮，功能区齐全，设计合理。厨房厨具、餐具、刀具、洗碗机配置全面细致，令人惊喜。位置环境好，去旅游点方便。前台服务好。只是缺什么需要自己要，不会每天打扫房间。
地段好，房间也宽敞
房间宽敞舒适，与图片所示一致。厨房用具和餐具一应俱全，非常适合长期入住。酒店位置也很好，步行即可到达市中心。然而，尽管住了五晚，房间却从未打扫过，我不得不亲自去前台领取毛巾和其他用品。
酒店非常干净，地理位置优越。环境安静，房间也很大。
