So grateful to check in a little early on arrival day! Very kind and helpful staff. Room and other areas used were very nice. Did have some trouble with room being overly heated, even if set on low temps, was a little warm for us. Couldn't get it to adjust any differently. Good stay though, would stay again!

Help was non existent - sitting there looking out the window- room smelled like smoke- front desk truly unhelpful and rude- no elevator.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. The hot tub could use some cleaning and maintenance work done . Tiles were broke and grout disintegrating.

The property is built on a swamp - I was told by the front desk staff. After a rain the room smell like mold / is musty. Not sure if that is a “Buffalo” think or a hotel thing. The front staff were nice.

We were there for an early morning baseball event. Staff knew several participants were staying and made sure a wonderful breakfast array was ready early enough for all the boys!
