Bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom tub upon arrival and clearly not clean. There were roaches in the room. The refrigerator was not working.
Staff was friendly.

My vacation got cut short due to a family emergency. Management graciously adjusted my final payment to reflect the last two days not charge for! Thank you management at quality inn Gulf shores Alabama!

With the indoor pool and great breakfast, we love this property for weekend get-a-ways. The staff is always very friendly and professional. We're going to bring the grandbabies back soon.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, however, the water for my bath was rusty looking and there was no stopper. We had support dogs with us and for the most part they were quiet. The only time they barked, which is what dogs do, is when there was talking or noise in the hall. The staff was rude when asking about the dogs. Our dogs were kenneled most of the time. The people in the room next to had their television BLARING all night up till about 4:30ish. It made it very difficult to sleep.

酒店非常干净，服务也很棒，我很喜欢他们有室内游泳池。虽然我起得不够早没赶上早餐，但我男朋友吃了，他很喜欢。
