My family and I stayed at this hotel from 23 June to 27th June 2025. I had booked this hotel based on the positive google reviews. Unfortunately, on staying at the hotel I came to realize that the positive reviews were all fake which was confirmed by their own staff as well. I was shown at least 10 rooms all of which were in extremely poor condition. The rooms were dirty, dusty and smelling terrible and there was sewerage smell in the pillows. Even the balcony was extremely dusty and dirty, seemed like had not been cleaned since several months. There were insects and bugs in the bathroom and the water pressure in tap was very low. There was no kettle or iron in the room and the hotel elevator was also out of order. The wifi and cable at the hotel was not working as well. The location of the hotel was also terrible. I have also attached the pictures of the place where the bed comforters were stored and later sent to rooms. As per the staff, they have been instructed not to bother with improving service or facilities and just to make excuses. The hotel was also sealed by KDC on the 3rd day (26 June 2025) of our stay. The hotel was extremely over priced as there are several other hotels in very good conditions in the same price range ( The Sarai Resort, Hotel Home- The Barcelo Hotel etc )

Almost every thing is good there,, staff is so friendly and caring especially miss sadaf is so kind n caring..they are managing all the things in a very professional way.. Rooms are really tidy clean and cozy..it feels like home.Keep it up ,,

The existing reviews on Trip Adviser for Hotel One have questionable grounding in reality. I have just spent 12 days travelling around northern Pakistan, and this was both the most expensive and the worst hotel. It is misrepresented on its website - there is no valley view - extremely noisy all night and breakfast is not available before 8am. When we complained to the management and asked for a refund, the first response was that we were wrong, the second was to sack two staff, the third was to take a refund from their wages. This is outrageous behaviour. Poor employees should not be penalised for management failures. I paid in full, explained that staff should not be sacked, and am now seeking compensation from the Pearl Continental's senior management. This hotel is a disgrace to their franchise!

We had a great time at the facility initially we were confused because at this time of the year there is too much tourist however we are glad we got the booking, the manager at the hotel one Mr. Abrar took care of our family and went an extra mile. The breakfast buffet was delicious fresh and warm. The washroom has warm water and almost high speed internet facility.. highly recommended will surely be visiting and recommending.. regards
