Issues with the TV remote. And the bathroom mirror - when off - was a flashing strobe light - all night long. Though the room was very clean, I was completely confused by the overall atmosphere: outside-Medieval Spain, inside huge overly large heavy dark furniture, room same except to the very modern bathroom - nice. The hall ways need more direction - I had to search to find my room number because there were none listed outside the elevators.

The room was outdated, but overall clean. We went down for breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended and almost everything was gone. The window heater made our room extremely dry.

The room was clean and the staff courteous. The only drawback was that I couldn't get the television to work. The breakfast was good too.

Terrible stay. I am allegoric to the scent that fill the hotel. My nose, eye, throat and lungs are scratchy still. Trouble breathing. If the window hadn't opened, I could not have stayed in the hotel.
The staff, by contrast, was kind and helpful.

When we checked into our room, the toilet had overflowed in the bathroom and we walked into Ross sewage after we took our shoes off. Rather than compass a room they just moved to another one and didn’t even offer to help anyway else.

I have stayed here in the past, and it seemed that the rooms have been updated. Ours was very clean with a large TV that was great for watching a little football. We also made use of the pool, hot tub, and sauna in the morning and everything was clean and in good working order. Since we had small children with us, a definite plus was having Santa in the lobby for some family photos. We enjoyed our stay!
住得还不错。床垫有点旧了，不太平整。我们预订的时候要求住电梯附近的房间，酒店也满足了我们的要求，但不巧的是电梯坏了，用不了。
