Don't know why the complaints. Maybe they've seriously upgraded since then? I had a comfortable, modern, pleasant, clean room which smelled lovely. The lady who let me in was very personable. The towels were fluffy. There was a little beer fridge in the room which came in handy. There were two choices of both coffee and tea. I'm sure if you asked for a hair dryer or an iron, they'd supply you with one. It had everything you'd expect, except for breakfast. They didn't do food at all when I was there. It was on a quiet main road that was mostly residential so can't guess where the noise one of the reviews mentioned was coming from. I stayed in a ground floor room. and except for the expected foot fall outside my door, I didn't hear any noise. I'd quite happily go back again.

Rooms not great . Place tired and stale . Not luxury . Absolutely define luxury lol ?. Behind times . Breakfast ? . Continental only . No beans . Stay away. Chinese was t even that well served . Flat packed furniture. Carpet was sticky . Just felt awkward . Food done night before sadly for continental .

The home from hell the landlady was so rude everything was to much trouble for them they are both delusional luxury it's more like a homeless unit at least in a homeless unit you get a cooked breakfast the whole experience was the worst ever best comparison was a few rooms in the middle of Blackpool illuminations should have been 25 a night and that would be generous walked out didn't pay and found a lovely hotel

Avoid this establishment, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying or even visiting this place awful owner and awful assistant manager , the owner has no idea on how to run the b and b or the actually pub
