Nice place to stay

Stayed here on businesses for 3 days and 4 nights. Staff was excellent. The breakfast was a plus as well. The kitchen was a great feature as we like to cook over eating out. Would stay here again.

The hotel was rated well for cleanliness however during a 4 day stay, housekeeping did not turn down the room a single time. My door looked as though it had been broken down, the secondary lock was broke off, the main door handle and scan lock were loose and the door had damage. I was pretty concerned my first night. The dishes were not clean, I did not have a bath mat. The floors were so gross I couldn’t walk barefoot without my feet getting sticky or black. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and the pool was closed the whole time. It was just a very undesirable stay. The bed was comfortable and that was about the best I could say for the stay.

The breakfast was lacking, had to ask for juice the two mornings I ate there, as their juice dispenser was not operating, the last morning I chose to eat somewhere else. Also, one evening while waiting in the lobby to be picked up I could smell something with a pungent odor and the individual behind the desk said it was worse in the offices. She came out from behind the desk to check some electrical items as she believed it was smoke. Sure enough about five minutes later she found greasy rags in knit bags leaning up against the wall in the laundry room smoldering. Rags and towels soaked with oils and grease can spontaneously combust under the right conditions. She took them outside.
