经过大约7个小时的长途驾驶，我们终于到达了明尼阿波利斯。我当天就预订了房间，价格非常高。我们订的是双人床套房，但状况不太好。沙发垫子都散了，抽屉也全是敞开的。垃圾桶都快冲到我脸上了。一位好心的女士帮了我们忙，告诉我们房间清洁工作已经得到了经理的批准，只是有人忘了把东西收拾好。我们问是否可以换房间，结果晚上9点30分，他们当然没有其他房间了。我不得不两次把行李都搬进房间，结果发生了这么多事。那位年轻的女士把东西收拾好后，我们上楼发现厨房水槽脏得令人作呕。我们被告知这可能是洗碗机的问题。那位好心的女士晚上把水槽清理干净了。第二天早上，我们被要求和经理谈谈。水槽的脏污感依然存在，我们带着两个小孩根本没法用厨房。无论如何，在与经理交谈后，我们得到的唯一回复是......很抱歉，我们会打扫房间，客房服务人员会来，或者我们可以在当天晚些时候为您更换房间。当然，他们现在就会打扫或更换房间，但是我们因此而经历的不适又算得了什么呢？我不得不在房间外面待了将近 1 个小时，然后回来却被迫待在看起来并不干净的房间里。我去过多家酒店，是万豪旅享家银卡会员，这不是一次愉快的经历，因为我们到达时被安排住在一个不干净的房间里。我以前从未写过评论，我是一个非常有耐心和宽容的人。但这次我一点也不感激。

我因工作和休闲住过很多酒店，但从来没有比枫树林/阿伯湖 Residence Inn 酒店的前台体验更糟糕的了。我办理入住时，Artem 和另一位女士在前台。他开始办理入住手续，我询问了酒店情况和升级贵宾室的可行性。他们俩开始盯着屏幕，当着我的面用另一种语言说话！他们的举动立刻让我意识到，他们的员工不懂待客之道，培训很差，或者不为自己的行为负责。他们用另一种语言进行的不专业的谈话让我感觉自己根本不在场。我仍然对这种行为让我对万豪酒店，尤其是枫树林/阿伯湖 Residence Inn 酒店留下的糟糕印象感到震惊。

Nice hotel and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. I like that they offered free parking and breakfast. We’d stay there again.

Our stay was great! The place was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Our room was amazing and fit my family of 6 with lots of room. I think we found our new favorite place when we go with the whole family.

The room was clean. We were able to walk to dining options. There was a lot of breakfast options and coffee and juices. Nice large size water bottles available was a nice touch.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. The only issue I had that kept it from getting 5 stars was a single incident. I locked my key in my room and went down to the front desk. The woman sitting behind it was looking at her phone. I didn’t say anything to disturb her so waited. I looked at my watch and it was literally 7 minutes before she looked up and saw me.
