Clean room, nice staff besides the front desk at 3 when i checked in she seemed irritated to just to be there, but the breakfast lady i forgot her name but she was absolutely the sweetest and so friendly and professional.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. The room looks nice initially but once you settle in, you relize it's run down. The floor tiles in the bathroom had missing grout and were coming up. The bathroom door would not close. The sink had stains around the edges. The toilet looked like had stains. The sheets and pillows had stains. The sheets were torn. The hotel sprays a fragrance in their hallways and in the room. It have me a headache. Maybe they were masking a bad small? My two colleagues mentioned similar conditions with their rooms as well.

Was easy to find right off the exit. Seemed like a newer property. Nice open lobby with 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast really good and lots of selection. Room was clean and you have your choice of maid service on a daily basis. Keurig coffee maker in the room which was nice. We would stay there again.

Was turned away at desk, didn’t have rooms after booked online. Front desk lady knew we were going outside to book and she booked the guy behind us.

酒店离奥特莱斯很近，早餐也很棒！卫生间有点小，但总体来说一切都很好。下次一定会再来的。
地理位置优越，服务一流。员工非常友好。早餐美味，非常适合短期住宿。地理位置优越，靠近市中心，附近还有餐厅。
缺乏舒适感，瓷砖松动
床不是很舒服，我们房间里的空调似乎不太好用。入口处和浴室的瓷砖也很松动。我们只在这里住了一晚，所以这段时间还好。
一位友好的前台服务员迎接了我，办理入住手续很简单。我的房间有股麝香味，房间里到处都是小虫子。浴帘破了，淋浴间里没有沐浴露。
