Pros: clean, safe, conveniently located, a much better than average breakfast, comfortable bedding, quiet, complimentary bottled water available to guests, continuous fan option, clever suite furniture including trundle sofa (didn't use, but a nice option for fabulous with littles). Didn't use pool, so can't comment.
Cons: room layout, while tastefully decorated, a bit awkward in that the bathroom runs lengthwise opposite the foot of the beds, which would be fine, but the barn-style sliding door was made of material that did not block light or noise, so using the bathroom disrupted those trying to sleep. Lo-flow shower head with low pressure made the steam feel like a free dribbles, and was disappointing. Toweling for three for our party of four.
The mini fridge was in need of defrosting, huge block of ice in it. Was at room temp. Not a huge deal, but I do like to keep OJ available in the event of low blood sugar.

Well kept property that was incredibly clean. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was full of choices, full stocked & delicious.

Hotel was very clean and the whole staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately our shower in our room was not good. Water pressure very low and water temperature varied from just warm to sometimes cold no matter where we moved the control. Wife did not wash her hair from fear of not getting the shampoo rinsed out. Also the breakfast had many options but the scrambled eggs and the bacon were just slightly warm even though we were one of the first in the room for breakfast.

Nice rooms and beautiful building. Not near an area with a whole lot of traffic. Hotel was pretty quiet which is nice. We had a suite and room was comfortable and kids loved it!

Beware of housekeeping
The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and cool temperature upon entry. Front desk employee was very accommodating and kind. I do have a large complaint, however. Check out is at noon. I got back to my hotel room very late the night before and needed to sleep in. I had my “do not disturb” sign on my door. At 10:15am I got a knock at my door. It awoke me and I jumped up out of bed. The next thing I know the cleaning lady had opened my door and walked in the room. I go, “Can I help you?!!!” She said she was checking to see if I had checked out already. I go, “I don’t have to be out until noon and I have a ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door.” She didn’t seem to care. She just wanted me out. I understand she has a job. But busting into my room an hour and 45-minutes early without my consent is outrageous.

Not a bad hotel, but was placed in room right next to employee break room on 1st floor. Every time door slammed shook my room. Also, lots of young kids running the halls and parking lot until midnight. Staff MUST have known, since I was room next to lobby and could hear them through my door.
