Very courteous staff. Check in was easy. My room was clean and stocked with all the normal toiletry items. Free breakfast was ready at 6:00 am. For a quick business trip, this was a good choice.

Positives: exceptional staff (kind, considerate, and helpful), wonderful lobby…neat, clean, variety of snacks and food items to purchase, creative, free coffee all day, and welcoming, comfortable bed, great shower, clean room with several shelves for belongings (loved!), easy to get to elevator and room, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best…variety of items and so yummy!
Negatives: There was only a shower, no bathtub in my room which didn’t bother me at all but might be important to others. There were really no negatives for me!

位置超赞，旁边就有一个Costco！房间很干净，早餐选择也挺多的。
这家酒店设施齐全，地理位置也非常好。我强烈推荐这家酒店。
我选择在这里停留，是为了在继续从奥兰多前往达拉斯之前好好睡一觉。我原本期待着洗个澡，然后躺在舒适的床上。然而，当我走进浴室时，却发现淋浴区到处都是头发，这让我立刻对房间的整体卫生状况产生了怀疑，而我的怀疑果然没错。房间确实不干净。
我根本没法洗澡，而这正是我选择入住酒店而不是休息区的主要原因。之后我去吃早餐，却发现煎饼机坏了。虽然工作人员试图修理，但我没有时间等了。
我原本是想洗个热水澡，好好睡一觉，再吃顿像样的早餐，结果却一个也没得到。花的每一分钱都感觉像是浪费了。
我们到的时候，地砖摸起来黏糊糊的，很脏。所以我把一条毛巾放在水槽里，倒上肥皂，然后铺在地上，擦洗了我们走过的主要楼层，结果白毛巾都被擦黑了。我有照片，也把照片发给了前台。
一切都很棒。唯一有点差强人意的是早餐。我觉得就这个价位来说，早餐比较简陋。
该换床单了。床单里面都鼓鼓囊囊的，很不舒服。浴室也不是很干净。
