The food is hands down the best of any hotel in the Lubbock market. Overall, the rooms are clean, modern, and has soft beds. The people are accommodating. I like it overall.

We loved the staff in the bar 2 weekends in a row. Only drawback to our room was the AC didn’t work great.

Picked this hotel because website stated room service and gave the hours. Upon arrival they did not offer room service. The staff was not educated on options, couldn’t answer any questions about restaurant hours or anything else. Very disappointed in service and staff knowledge.

Great hotel, but not the room i selected
The Doubletree experience was excellent. We arrived close to midnight , but received excellent accommodating service. I was not pleased with the fact that I specifically chose this hotel for the separate room bedroom , as I always do. They did not have this type of room at all. That was misleading and a disappogment. Traveling with a snoring person, makes this a must .

第一次住这家酒店，肯定不会是最后一次！我住的是顶楼带阳台的房间，景色美得让人窒息！所有设施都干净整洁，床也很舒服，让人放松。工作人员都很朴实友善，我有什么需要他们都会帮忙。等不及要再来住了！
