It was a busy weekend so parking was tight, but we really enjoyed our stay. Visiting our son at GVSU which was an easy 25 min drive and we enjoyed our time both here and in Holland.
Staff was great, kids loved the pool and hot tub (although it was HOT, lol). We definitely will be back at some point.

Gentlemen at the fron desk was so friendly and personable, everytime we walked through the lobby he made sure to ask if everything was goid or if we needed anything.

Nice Place in Holland, Michigan
Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was very nice and clean with a great roomy shower. Lots of choices for the breakfast.

Great hotel stay
Being in a hotel like this one makes me and wifey only want to stay in a staybridge. Our last few hotel stays had something missing like, pool being closed, no mini fridge or microwave. This hotel had everything available. It was very comfy and clean. If we come back to Holland, MI, we will go back there.

While the location is well kept and we enjoyed a clean, well equipped room and I was very pleased to have the hot tub, it really is the staff there that made our stay great. I believe the front desk gent we interacted with the most is Eric, he was very helpful, but everyone was good. The lady who operated the breakfast buffet with a gent each day is an extremely hard working (never stopped!) and hospitable asset to the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and professional with problems and requests. While modernly appointed with comfortable beds and seating, some carpets and areas are stained and in need of refurbishment. There was mold in our walk in shower. Not many dishes in our kitchenette. Had to get cups from the breakfast bufffet just to have coffee in room.

The property was nice, clean and updated. Breakfast was good. My only concern is the delay to remove the incidental room charge; it has been two weeks.
