Hotel was good except for no hot breakfast . The attendant wasn’t at fault . She said her oven was broke. All we were offered were cold rolls and possibly pancakes but not sure about even that. Disappointed about that. Had to go next door for hot breakfast. Otherwise hotel was good. We’ve stayed there before and chose it on this trip.

There were small pieces of trash on the floor of our hallway and the floor of the elevator. They were there all 4 days of our stay. Also, the alarm clock in the room was non-operative. It was unplugged when we checked in, I tried to reset it, and gave up and unplugged it again.

The room was good however the breakfast attendant was terrible. The attendant was sloppy and did not keep food out or when asked put omelets that were cold in the middle and no cinnamon rolls one morning. Very disappointing from other Holiday Inns I have stayed at.

Worst hotel experience of my life! My family and I got to the hotel very late. We checked into our room and soon realized the sheets had not been washed nor had the room been properly cleaned. There was makeup smeared on the pillowcase, hairs on both pillows and one pillow reeked of body odor! The floor had obviously not been swept- there was hair, crumbs, and even a dirty bandaid on the carpet. The bathroom toilet seat was dirty and the shower and bathroom floors had hair everywhere.

We called the front desk and asked for a new room which had actually been cleaned. We were told the lady working the front desk would have to personally clean it since housekeeping was gone. A few minutes later, she informed us that the room that was supposed to be vacant actually had someone in it when she went in it! Therefore, there were no available rooms. Although we were dead tired and needed a room to sleep in, we chose to drive through the night instead of staying in someone else’s filth.

The lady at the front desk didn’t know how to issue a refund. She told us someone would email me the next morning. I heard nothing. After calling the hotel daily, we were told the Manager was the only one that could refund us. We left messages for her 4+ times. Finally, after 4 days of calling, one of the hotel employees laughed and told us not to expect her to ever call us back. Manager never called but finally got our refund initiated a week later. No apology or nothing. Don’t ever stay here!

I wish I could offer a like. Lobby restrooms were disgustingly dirty. Elevator had trash in corners as if the floors hadn't been swept in ages. Not enough parking spaces. One staff member for checking at 3pm of a sold out hotel is not wise. That staff member swore numerous times discussing a room that had been marked clean but wasn't. We were told there was no housekeeping staff at 315pm. Our bathroom was luckily not filthy but definitely not dirty. We found small hairs all over our bedsheets we are uncertain in thy ever were actually changed.

The only suggestion is to have a little more outdoor space and seating for conversation. We were in town for a funeral with extended family. We didn’t want to be cooped up on a beautiful day and had nowhere else to go, so we sat outside which quickly filled up with other guests.
