This room was large with 2 queen beds, a sitting area with pullout couch and then a kitchenette with a full size dishwasher, 3/4 size frig and garbage disposal!
The breakfasts were good.
The BEST part was the climate controlled garage to park the car in!! This was especially good considering it snowed during the night the night before we left so we didn’t have to de-ice or brush off snow!
There was excellent communication via text with the front desk staff and Angie checked on us multiple times. The only negative was that both USB chargers and the light by the closet were out. I let them know and they were eager to fix it (we opted to wait to have it fixed until we checked out).
In general, I wish hotels would put some insulation between floors so you don’t hear kids running around the room above you.

Room appearance was very clean and nice. Things took a turn once we laid on the bed and a roach crawled out the pillow. Spoke to two front desk workers (Daniel & Angie) neither were aware of when management would show up or how to get in contact with anyone. Business is ran highly unprofessional, situation is still in the works of being handled.

Availability to ice with breakfast would be great. The shower had mold and the ice machine on 3 didn’t work.

Pretty good
We checked in after 9pm and had to use the door bell to get in. It felt very secure.
There was a parking garage to park in so you didn’t have to park on the street, that was great.
The floor plan of our room was spacious and very accommodating to a lot of situations.
Breakfast was great! Lots of options!
Only struggle, no hot tub, and the pool closed way too early. On Saturday it was closed before 10pm.

Did the assistant manager call to set up my refund for the stay? I spoke with the assistant manager yesterday and he said he would call you to get the refund done. I was very dissatisfied with our stay.

Breakfast is terrible. Everything is a sugar bomb and the only fresh fruit they offer is a red apple. During our four day stay our room wasn't cleaned once, even though there was a sign that said it would be cleaned every other day. At one point we asked the cleaning lady about our room and she said we weren't on her list so maybe tomorrow, but that never happened. We had to change our own trash and hunt for more towels. Location is convenient.

Staff was great, a couple things in the room were broke, the shower was a little messy. But it was a very nice stay and room overall.
