Staff was great, a couple things in the room were broke, the shower was a little messy. But it was a very nice stay and room overall.

This has honestly been one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The pool was closed, and breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was almost no food out both mornings —no forks one morning, no milk (only strawberry milk), no apple juice, no bacon, no chicken, and no waffle mix until I asked. Even then, the waffle maker timer didn’t work. The only items available were biscuits, eggs, and sausage I jave stayed at this brand hotel before and I know theh usually offer more like the bacon and chicken and chessy eggs omlets and croissants. top of that, this trip was for my 4-year-old son’s birthday. THATS why a big part of why we booked here was for the pool, but I was not told it was closed until I arrived. I feel like guests should be notified of things like that ahead of time so we can make other hotel arrangements if needed. I was told I could go to hotel next door and use the pool at that hotel, if that was case I would just book a room there. In my room, there was no shampoo or body wash, and I had to ask housekeeping who was luckyily in the hallways to bring me more. I also requested extra pillows and was told there weren’t any, but the staff member didn’t even check before saying that. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating and far below expectations

Front Desk Staff was absolutely awful and hotel is more run down than shown in photos. Breakfast that is included in stay is barely edible. Once again front desk staff is absolutely awful they will do EVERYTHING in their power to make things difficult for you, inconvenience you, lie, and most importantly NOT HELP YOU.

We had a family member in the hospital next door and this location was very convenient. Ample parking. The room was very clean and well set up. Breakfast was very good.
As for the Staff,each and every member of the staff we talked to were all so friendly and helpful.
I would stay there again and i will recommend

Our bed was a little too hard but everything else was great! Front service desk guy Jeff was super helpful on restaurants picks & very friendly. Made check in easy!

I usually stay at several of the home 2 suites. Really enjoy them and plenty a room plus your little kitchen. Really enjoy staying at all of them I’ve stayed at. A lot of them.

Clean, affordable hotel. Only complaint was lack of bathrooms around the hotel. No bathroom near the fitness center.
