Staff was courteous and friendly. However, the room, although looked great at first had a lot to be desired. The bathroom floor, ceramic tile grout was dirty, bathroom mirror had not been cleaned, sink fixture did not work properly, and stopper in the sink was a mess. The bathroom wall had nails protruding, and screws showing. Whoever put the tissue paper holder up did not do it well. The mattresses / box springs were terrible and made noise whenever you got in or out of the bed and every time you moved a slight bit. Need to change out the entire bed...mattresses and box springs, maybe the frame as well. TV worked good, lights worked good, and the room was well lit. I think they need a new housekeeper or someone who knows how to clean and deep clean. Breakfast was okay. Coffee had much to be desired. Appreciated the demeanor of the young woman who fixed up the breakfast area, she was cheerful and welcoming!

The property and facility was clean a led the staff were nice. The problems were that we booked a “handicapped accessible” room as my wife recently broke her leg. The room and bathroom were spacious to accommodate her knee-scooter. However, there was no seat in the shower and no rails anywhere to be found. We had to go to a local store to buy a shower chair and she had to sit and shower with the shower door open, because she could not hold onto anything to get fully inside the shower. We also only had one towel in the room when we arrived.

这是我近年来住过的最好的酒店之一。房间一尘不染，床很舒服，床单也很舒服。空调运转良好。浴室也很干净。员工很友善。我很喜欢卧室的地板而不是地毯。空调运行完美。非常棒，强烈推荐。
通风口（或者其他什么噪音很大的装置）一直开着，找不到任何可以关掉它的方法。只能关上浴室门来隔绝噪音。除此之外，考虑到价格，住宿体验还是很不错的。
