Arrived at 9pm. Had just fallen asleep when the electricity cut off around 10pm. We waited an hour and finally called the front desk. Were told they were aware of the issue and it would be fixed soon.
Called the front desk again at 1am and were told they didn't have an eta for the electric company, that the entire one half of the hotel was off.
We asked for a refund and decided to just drive the 6 hours home instead of sleeping. Complete waste of time.

Actually never really stay at the hotel but I was so surprised at the friendliness and the cleanliness of this hotel. I would stay here again for sure

The workers were very polite and helpful, even though our flight was delayed they still helped me with the room ……..appreciate them

The bed was hard. Have had a backache all day. It felt like I was laying on a board. The pool was so nasty. Green and had stuff floating on the top of it. The front desk guy was very helpful. He had to come to our room. The whirlpool tub hot water was backwards. We thought there was no hot water. It smelt like mildew in certain places of the hotel. The continental breakfast was gross. The waffle mix was out and they never brought out another one. Sketchy people walking around all night.
