Our entire experience was the best. All the staff especially Tasha went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Be aware when you stay at this hotel, that if you accidentally use a card that can be used as credit and debit, you will be charged twice. Apparently, according to the front desk that is normal and my fault for not using a good ole credit card. And in order to get one of the charges refunded, you have to be on a 3 way call, during M-F business hours with your bank manager, yourself and the manager of the hotel for it to be released. The front desk person interrupted me no less than 20 times when I called about this. The room was great, but the customer service was DISMAL, and while we visit Knoxville many times a year, we will never go back to this hotel again.

酒店回复: Hello! I do apologize if the use of a debit card wasn't explained clearly, it can be so confusing. When using a debit card, an authorization will stay in a "pending" status until you check out. It isn't an actual charge although a debit card looks as though the funds were taken. The reservation system will authorize the card on file to gtd there are funds to pay for the room. Once you check out all authorizations are released. Then your bank will take a day or two to release as well. I believe our front desk agent was trying to explain if you needed the release immediately. We could call your bank and voice authorize the release of the authorization on Monday. He was sincerely trying to help but overexplained I assume. I do hope you give us another opportunity in the future if you do find yourself in Knoxville. Happy Holidays!

Stayed here as it was close to an event we were attending. The hotel was very clean and safe.only downside is you have to drive to get to restaurants and shopping. Was less than two miles ,but we prefer to step out our door and be able to walk to said things

This is a very nice hotel. Comfortable room, great beds, super clean. Was most disappointed in their advertised “fitness center” - no free weights, and minimal equipment. Staff was super nice, breakfast was great and check in and check out was extremely smooth. Right off I40 so super convenient!

The room was well stocked with refrigerator, microwave, desk, toiletries, coffee maker. The breakfast was fresh, well stocked with options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

早餐是简单的西式，但搭配得很好，有饮品和水果。如果没有车，去附近的餐厅会比较困难，但这里安静又整洁。员工也很友好。设施虽然有点旧，但运行良好。
