day manager called me instead of ******* when expedia's credit was refused. I should not have even been involved. we ended up getting a lesser room than we reserved and paid for.

I sincerely apologize. We were exhausting all avenues to ensure you got a room that you paid for. We reached out to you for additional clarity. In a perfect cyber world the reservations would upload into our reservation system, but for some unknown glitch with Choice and ******* we had several rooms that did not. We were doing our best to be proactive with each and every guest to ensure the process would be as painless as possible. I apologize that you didn't receive the room type that you requested. But I'm sure you understand if we didn't have the reservation we DIDN'T know what kind of room you reserved. We were just so happy we still had rooms to rent at this point. Next time, if you check into a room and it's not the correct room type, please visit the front desk to give us a chance to move you to your satisfaction. Enjoy the rest of your week.

We had a leak in the air conditioning, and by 1 AM there was quite a bit of water on the floor, and it kept dripping all night. It was impossible to sleep. The next day we told the receptionist, and she just said "Okay."

I liked that it was clean and the breakfast was good. The king bed was just ok. It slumped some when we slept on it. But again, so clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered a shuttle to the games (for a fee)so that was nice!

This property was exceptionally clean and large. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was a pleasant surprise and I will definitely stay here again.

Clean convenient hotel. Great value for our overnight stay.

早餐是简单的西式，但搭配得很好，有饮品和水果。如果没有车，去附近的餐厅会比较困难，但这里安静又整洁。员工也很友好。设施虽然有点旧，但运行良好。
