雪松公园希尔顿花园酒店虽然离市中心有20多分钟车程，但停车免费，酒店设施新，还有泳池，体验感好。晚餐不贵，份量也足。
酒店很干净，设施也很好。强烈推荐给来奥斯汀旅行的朋友们。离周边的韩国超市很近，购物和吃饭都非常方便。
房间干净卫生
工作人员似乎会拿走留在房间里的物品。我不小心把东西落在了房间里，他们不让我进房间取回，让我第二天打电话。第二天打电话过去，他们却说没有记录。看来清洁人员可以随意拿走东西，而不是确保归还遗落的物品。
我们在房间里没待多久，但连厕所都不能用，因为那里臭气熏天。我洗了个澡就跑了出去。我不知道他们会不会怪我们，所以什么也没说。但马桶旁边的墙上甚至看起来像是沾了屎。太恶心了。而且，我们花了100多块钱住这么臭的房间，却还要付停车费，这让我很不舒服。我们不会再来了，但我希望他们能解决这个问题。
不含早餐，办理入住时工作人员告诉我停车费另付10美元，后来我询问后，那位女士说这次不用付钱。

泳池清洁工决定在一天中的黄金时段清理泳池，这意味着我们不得不等待。我去的时候电梯也坏了。我要求订一间远离电梯的房间，结果却订到了一间就在电梯旁边的房间。房间又大又漂亮，闻起来很香，看起来也很干净。
非常适合与家人和宠物一起入住。工作人员非常高效友好。他们甚至还提供缝纫课程。课程需额外付费，并提供课程安排。
柜台工作人员非常友好。我差点因为没有电池充电器而错过客户会议，但他们借给我一个，问题就解决了。
服务很棒。入住非常方便。我们的房间有异味，床垫非常不舒服。空调声音非常大。非常令人不安。房间和浴室很干净。酒店广告和广告上的娱乐活动不符。我以为我们可以从酒店步行到附近的娱乐和餐饮场所，但事实并非如此。
