We arrived early and were able to check into our room. The front desk was friendly. The room was perfect and breakfast was wonderful. The staff in the hotel was helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying there again.

Overall my stay was ok. The facilities were good and the location was perfect but some of the staff were not courteous and a housekeeper entered my room although the privacy sign was on. The manager did address this promptly once notified.

I love this place but I did not love the price. Over $900 for two nights is a little extreme. I realize it was a very popular weekend in Lynchburg. My early reservation with a more affordable rate was not honored by the hotel that I had booked. I had to make a change to a hotel that was still available at the last minute. I understand how supply and demand works and do not blame the property. It was our choice to stay here, and we were very pleased with our stay.

Staff was nice and friendly.
Bathroom configuration was terrible. The toilet and shower room were so small and the door was huge feeling. There was no fan in the toilet and shower room. The water pressure was terrible in the shower, bathroom sink, and kitchenette sink.

I liked the staff and the over stay. The hotel is close to all the major stores and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like is a gold member I didn’t receive my two free bottles of water. Overall great stay!
