The refuse a refund after I booked the wrong dates and immediately canceled and then rebooked the correct dates. I still had to pay for the incorrect booking. They showed no grace

The whole hotel itself was very clean, well lit, and was overall a great experience! Breakfast was nice and warm everday, also had a fireplace and a pool, but unfortunately it was only open till 8pm so that was kind of a bummer.

Had to use back door, walk up stairs and down hall due to biker gang they let park all their bikes in the front door, playing loud music and drinking.
