The whole hotel itself was very clean, well lit, and was overall a great experience! Breakfast was nice and warm everday, also had a fireplace and a pool, but unfortunately it was only open till 8pm so that was kind of a bummer.

Had to use back door, walk up stairs and down hall due to biker gang they let park all their bikes in the front door, playing loud music and drinking.

I came here after traveling for business to relax and catch up with someone I care about. I need an early check-in. I was outside when this lady this guy and two girls walked up. The girls and the guy had food and went to the pool. The lady went to go talk to the front staff didn’t think much of it. I get to relax with my company all of a sudden I’m on the third floor and I’m here in music so loud it sound like a rap video people in the pool yelling screaming like they’re the only guest I called downstairs. Nothing got handled then it was embarrassing. My guest kept complaining we couldn’t even enjoy ourselves so we decided to part ways but we both want to go get something to eat. We go downstairs out the door. It is literally parking lot packed full of cars like they’re at a club children out in the parking lot shirts off, dancing to the music that was coming out the pool I looked to my right and one of them had my car blocked in they parked behind my car. I instantly got upset and went back to the car to tell them to move it or tow it. I was in a handicap parking spot. I have a legitimate issue. Why are you parking behind me blocking me in it took the clerk five minutes because it was at least 50 to 75 people at the pool and at least another 15 just in cars in the parking lot she finally locate this trash of a lady who proceeded to argue with me, as if I was the problem that my car was parked in a parking spot. I will never go back there again.

Don’t Arrive Early
Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. Staff were kind. Only issue Hilton has adopted a new policy that you cannot check in until exactly 4pm. We arrived at 330p after a very long day of travel to be told it would be an additional $35 to check in early. We could understand if it was several hours early but not for 30 minutes. We had to wait in our vehicle until 4pm.

Upon checking in the lady at the front was rude and obnoxious when I tried to check in. Said my room wasn’t paid for when it most certainly was. And argued with me about it. And also said my company card was declined for incidentals but when I used my personal card it worked just fine.
Then this morning the cleaning staff opened my room door and tried coming into my room as I was taking a shower. Which is extremely rude considering I have two more hours till check out.

The facility was wonderful and the staff was very professional and helpful. I had a medical episode and the staff and manager were quick to react getting me the help I needed. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
