At check-in, I was advised there would be a "charge of $25 for incidentals." I am not sure what the purpose of your website is when hotels listed on it can add a 12.5% charge to the prices you quoted for "incidentals."
The staff was polite and friendly, room was clean, and appeared to be well kept, but the A/C did not kick on all night. By the time I realized it I was already in bed and thinking it was just slow to cool, but it actually never came on. Apparently, it was just pushing air around. They actually had it set on "Heat" when I got there. Why the heat was on, I have no idea since it was in the 90s outside. If they were trying to save money by not cooling off rooms, I get it, but to have the room set on heat made no sense. Should have had it totally off or on Cool but set on 80. The alarm clock in the room went off as it had apparently been set and not turned off, so interrupted what little bit of deep sleep I was getting.
I went for a higher end hotel because I wanted a good nights sleep, but the lack of AC defeated that. I used you website because it listed a cheaper price than going through the hotel's website, that was also pointless due to the $25 "incidentals" charge. Disappointed all around.

The bedspread was scatchy and not so comfortable. But the bed was soft but firm and I enjoyed my stay.

The room and hotel overall were really nice. I like how Home2 Suites are set up with snack options available 24/7 downstairs. Getting to the hotel was difficult because of construction happening on the main highways (not the hotel's fault!). Overall, a good place to stay.

clean room, nice staff, it could use more parking toward the front but overall it's a great place to stay and I have stayed here the last couple of times that I have came to Shreveport.

就这个价位而言,我原本期待的是干净整洁、服务周到的房间。结果我们住的却是一家价格过高的汽车旅馆。房间里弥漫着霉味,浴室的门也脱轨了,关不上。我把问题告诉了前台,他们也说了抱歉。这价格太高了,根本就不值这个价。
两天没热水。第一天打电话给前台,第二天仍然洗了凉水澡。被锁在后门外。刷卡后发出噪音,结果把我们锁在大楼深处,深夜漆黑一片。没有客房服务。以前住过这里,感觉还不错。不知道最近几个月发生了什么,但情况不一样了。
