Front desk has terrible customer service skills. Unable to follow through on any requests previously confirmed. They ration food in the breakfast area to make sure there is food available when housekeeping shows up at 9:00 to eat.

It may not seem all that important, but the quality and variety of the breakfast was amazing. Every day started off great.
