They need to dehumidify the rooms. The carpets are a bit damp and so too is the atmosphere in the rooms.

Our favorite hotel to stay at in buzzards Bay. My daughter loves the swimming pool and we love the beautiful balcony and fire pit overlooking the canal. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and it’s just a wonderful place to spend the night.

Horrible!
We smoked outside and saw all kinds of cigarette butts on the ground and instead of throwing ours on the ground like everyone else did we threw ours in the trash in our room. After we left my MIL got charged $250 for us smoking in the room which we definitely didn’t do. We called the hotel twice and the manager wouldn’t speak to us but the lady at the front desk told us that it was reported that we smoked in the room and there was smoke visible. 100% no chance of that! This is our 2nd time staying here and had planned on coming back in September for a week but that will not be happening. I was told that the property was smoke free well maybe they should have told the guy that was smoking on the 3rd floor balcony that. Very disappointed in this place!

This is the only hotel in Cape Cod that is clean, relatively new, does not smell like mold and does not cost you an arm and a leg! Great job Hampton Inn Guys !

On the walkable canal, fire pit and large 2nd floor patio. Nice. Better then others.

Everything was great, except the firepit being broken for our entire four day stay.

Great place to stay never had any issues. It is convenient to walk to downtown Buzzards Bay to the train or to get to the canal.

Great hotel housekeeping needs improvement
The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. There was somebody’s hair behind the trash barrel in there, and I only found that because I threw a Kleenex in there and it went behind the barrel and when I moved it, that’s when I found the hair on the floor!! And it wasn’t a small amount of hair either.
