Stayed on the 2nd floor this time and the water pressure was great! The rooms are clean, comfy bed, nice vouch with ottoman. Spacious room, friendly staff. Nice hotel, will stay again!

Hotel and staff are over all terrific. However, stayed on 4th floor and the water pressure was HORRIBLE! Otherwise 5 star place

Great location and Very comfortable
We have stayed at this location several time and it is always clean and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Location is near several restaurants and a movie theatre.

为了参加足球锦标赛，我、丈夫和孩子们在这里住了一晚。入住期间，多名工作人员对我们以及我们团队的其他成员态度粗鲁。我们亲眼目睹了这一切，也听说了其他人的遭遇。由于周末人很多，酒店房间都订满了，所以我就原谅了他们，我当时也表示理解，他们可能只是因为所有旅行团队都住在那里，而且人潮拥挤，所以才勉强应付。然而，我们回家还不到一个小时，就在我拆行李准备洗衣服的时候，我发现我带的东西上有两只臭虫。我以前从未遇到过这种情况，我吓坏了。我们把所有去博蒙特的物品都搬了出去，并立即联系了酒店，并与前台和客房服务人员进行了沟通。他们表现得好像我想免费得到一个只住一晚的房间一样。糟糕的策略，这说明这家酒店有问题，员工素质很差，而且很可能是自上而下的问题，因为管理层管理不严，员工培训不到位。臭虫很恶心，让人很头疼，但这就是他们对臭虫的反应。这才是最大的问题，也是为什么应该不惜一切代价避免入住这家酒店的原因。我会把这件事向上级汇报，因为我现在正忙着隔离我的家和所有物品。像躲避瘟疫一样避开这家酒店。
床很舒服，设施也很齐全，方便快捷。然而，长途驾车后入住房间时，地板上残留着食物碎屑。淋浴间的啫喱和洗发水管上沾着细小的头发。洗发啫喱里的香皂已经用完了，入住前也没有补充。第二天早上退房时，我总会检查一下有没有遗漏任何东西，结果我打开的一个柜子里竟然有两杯绿茶。这让我觉得房间清洁得不够彻底。离开时，我感到一阵恶心。很遗憾，我们不会再住这家酒店了。
一切都很好，唯一的问题是游泳池是绿色的，所以无法使用。
