The room was great and the front desk was very helpful. Even received complimentary bottles of water for being a HH member. The coffee pot ****** and there was only public pay-to-park, no free hotel lot.

Really nice hotel. Our room was great. Restaurant had good food. The open areas outside rooms had a bad bathroomy smell. Pungent to say the least.

Everything was wonderful the only thing is i have a wheelchair kiddo and the wheelchair lifts did not work on the pool. Other than that love this place!

We love staying at Embassy Suites. We get the suite so we can sit on couch to watch tv.
Breakfast was awesome.
We went to happy hour. The drinks were great, the lounge itself and staff were great. We were disappointed with happy hour snacks. Limited and scrapes left when we arrived. Half hour before it ended. Still they should have refreshed. Other Embassy suites had more. This hotel was newer and built into existing warehouse. Open ceilings

Breakfast was amazing!!! The kitchen did a great job but definitely seemed overwhelmed. Better signage in the kitchen might have helped the confusion. Overall a great hotel and a great location!!

The staff was willingly helpful, courteous, and professional. No matter what staff member (front desk, breakfast staff, bar staff) made it a pleasurable experience. The attention to detail, as far as cleanliness and aesthetics, was evident that serious thought is included, in all operations. Great job, Team!!!
对这个饭店很满意👍！这个饭店应该是罗克福德最好的饭店了。2020年由1916年的工厂改造而成，创意设计不错，饭店的工业风随手都有。早餐也是美式的，挺好，在美国已强于大部分酒店。服务挺好，比较朴实，房内设施完善，套房内设施齐全，沙发床也不错。12楼有风景酒吧，虽然这个小城市的景色只有一条河，但夕阳西下的时候光线也美。这个酒店是这个小城的标志性建筑，15万人的小城市人口很少，我们在负一层吃的晚餐，牛排和炸鱼条，不贵，伊利诺伊州的税只有8%，小费也合理。总之，对乡土气很重的地方，这个酒店是给你暇意的感受，饭店送我们六杯自行选配的酒，感觉很好
它非常干净而且漂亮。
设施每天都会更换，我能够度过舒适的时光。
