The receptionist was on the phone for 5 minutes before greeting us then told us she was on with Hilton. The shades in our room wouldn’t go up or down and filled with holes. The lobby ladies room stall latches were falling apart. Many spots that needed touching up, in many areas.

I mistakenly left behind a bottle of insulin and they had it when I called. Unfortunately it would have cost me 2 1/2 times more than what I paid for it to ship it back to me so I told them to throw it out. The staff was very courteous, concerned and compassionate and gave me information as to where I could call to try and have it shipped home. I will definitely stay at a Home 2 Suite again.

The ADA 2Q & sofa bed was really big. So spacious for my son’s power wheelchair and my mom with her walker. The layout was great. Worst thing was the barn door on the bathroom. The way it was hung cut 4 inches off the doorway so that my son hit the frame a few times.

Staff went above and beyond!

The hotel was clean. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher with real plates, cups, bowls, etc. which would be nice if you are staying for an extended period of time. ***When we checked out, one of the kids left an iPad under the covers on the bed. We were an hour and a half up the road when the staff called to tell us they found our tablet. Yikes! I did not want to add 3 hours of additional travel time to our already 7 hour trip so I asked them if they could mail or FedEx it to me. They had me go to FedEx (UPS or post office were also options) and get a prepaid label. I emailed it to the hotel manager and they printed off the label and dropped the tablet off at FedEx. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to return our expensive iPad to us. Great job!

I love this chain, and we are returning guests to this location in Memphis. For the same price as other local hotels, we get a couch area (that will make into a bed), a huge TV, a kitchen with dishes, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink, built in storage, and a desk area. The beds are comfy, the room clean and cool, the hotel quiet and in a safe location. You can walk to a few eating areas across the street.

I dif mot appreciate being told to sign a "no partying" clause and the person at the feont desk diz mot havs if togefhed... was told rooms werenf ready but actually were, housekeeping just didnt have it entered. Place has gone down hill...

Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and quiet. Newspapers were available every morning for breakfast. The restaurants across the street are convenient.
