Staff was awesome upon check in, only issue was that the first night we were woke up 3 times after 00:30 hours for three false fire alarms, management did not offer any explanation or offer any compensation for having to evacuate the room with each false alarm.

This is the second time I have stayed here and had to deal with an alarm go off and then not fixing the issue. First my reservation was for two queens and I was given a room with a kind and pull out. We made that work but when we had the alarm issue they tried to move us to a room with one king which would not work. The front desk was rude and did nothing to help. For over 250 a night I expected more. I will not be back. Very disappointing as I have always stayed at a Hilton if I can. They did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Towel bar on shower door fell off. bedside lamp would not work. way too dark in the room with only 2 lamps working. breakfast sausage patty was cold. egg veggie omelette barely warm. FIRE alarm went off at 8am. A terrible stay!

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. This time we had to pay $14 to park in the hotels parking lot. Ridiculous

Clean spotless room. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Love the dual shower head to have the option for hand held. We loved the patio area off our room. We slept in so did not eat breakfast. We loved the noon checkout time as most hotels have checkout at 11am.

My room had a giant hole in the bathroom. Nobody explained why until I addressed it with them. Turns out there was a leak and nobody could get in to fix it.

Staff not very welcoming. I thought I was in an old La Quinta or Motel 6. Very expensive hotel not to the standards of a Hampton Inn. Breakfast quality was low. Elevator floors all cracked and unswepted. Coffee or other stains on bed skirts. Comfortable beds. Just not worth $200 a night. Not clean.

For the price they charged, the breakfast offered was not good. Bananas overly ripe, powdered eggs were horrible. They would do better to lower the price of the room and not offer breakfast.

When I checked into the room there was wax that had spilled on the carpet in about ten different spots. It looked as if they tried to clean two spots and since it didn't clean very well they didn't bother cleaning the other spots. Talked to front desk and they said they knew about it. So they just left it there on floor to rent to someone else. Called manage and have left messages asking for him to call and no return call. Other than that be disgusting. The rest of the hotel was ok. Just upset that they can confront me and make it right for the customer.
