Check in was easy and quick. The two personnel on staff very informative with their recommendations. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The only inconvenience at the time we visited was the construction they had going on to add another wing extension to the hotel and parking structure in the back but I’m sure this will make it much better in our next visit once is complete.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is in the heart of Riverside's historic Culture and Arts District with several good museums, dining opportunities and shops within easy walking distance. A solid choice if you are planning a trip to Riverside any time soon.

Hotel is well designed and eco too friendly;
1. lights as well as TV goes on and off throughout the night. Cannot get a good rest when TV goes on by itself.
2. Guest room is not cleaned daily, will not recommend for long stay.

Due to construction at the site we had to park around the corner and walk back to the hotel. When checking in at the front desk it took forever and the printer was acting up and wouldn't print out the QR code to use it at the parking garage so that was an inconvenience.

禁止停车，强制代客泊车服务。今天早上我们很多人取车时沟通不畅。
早餐是早上7点15分，食物很冷，而且库存不足。
空调噪音很大，即使在6楼也能听到街上的噪音。

为了送孩子上学，我们在这里住了一晚。由于施工，停车场很远，游泳池也停用了。他们应该在预订时告知大家。另一个城镇的Costco旗下酒店离校园更近。
我预订了两张双人床，酒店工作人员却说没有。这种情况已经发生两次了！请尽快解决！
