Zero housekeeping for our 4 days,3 nights (Thanksgiving low staff), was given a handicapped room (we have tall teenagers and everything was low.) room smelled the whole 4 days like an electrical fire or something burnt in the microwave? Street drag racing noise in Riverside happened every night - it was loud and we had our own sound machines. Comforters were scratchy.
Dark shades were nice. And breakfast staff was exceptionally kind - brought my teen a cupcake when they learned it was his 13th birthday.

The staff is friendly but the fact that there is no self parking and was advised to pay 29.34 valet without anybody given us the option of self parking is a violation, the website did not state we had to valet no matter what.

It was great and love the location in downtown Riverside. Room was great and felt clean, spacious, and new!

The staff were so nice and accommodating! They went out of their way to make our stay nice. I requested an extra lamp and they were happy they could accommodate, me too! The sundries shop was out of my soda, but they gave me a can from their own supply! So nice! Beds were comfy and clean. It was a great stay.
