Our room was very spacious and clean. The decor was minimalistic, which made it feel very cold and impersonal. The room was sparsely furnished considering its large size. It would’ve been nice to have more seating or a small table. Just not my style.

Clean rooms good breakfast. Second time staying here. Stayed for 2 days and it was great! We came back because it was clean and safe. Lots of activities in the lobby and pretty good breakfast!

Stay elsewhere. They charge a small fortune to stay at this place and when we got to our room, it was dirty. We had to have the front desk send housekeeping up due to human hair and food crumbs all over our floor. They also couldn't give us the room at 3pm (check in time) in accordance with what we paid for yet wouldn't offer us any money back or a same-sized room. These places want their money and they won't do anything to make it right with you when they don't honor their agreement. Front desk staff argued with me while I was advocating for my family. This was a bad experience all around. Noisy rooms and low-rent, down-trodden community area as well. We won't be back.

第二次光顾。这次的早餐令人失望。好几天都没橙汁，酸奶机凌晨三点就空了，面包和贝果要么是保鲜盒里有异味，好几次都没有原味红茶包。燕麦片不错，鸡蛋和肉也还好。员工很棒，努力解决问题。问题似乎出在供应链上。我看着服务员重新装上一品脱牛奶盒，不得不检查每个纸盒的保质期。
员工很棒，但我认为管理层需要重新整顿才能更好地支持他们。有天晚上，员工和前台服务员不得不在餐厅里叠泳池毛巾。
我第一次来的时候感觉很好，但现在出现了一些问题。
当我们在办理入住时遇到麻烦时，工作人员没有提供帮助（德卢斯），马桶无法冲水，无线网络无法使用，早餐是半份的，泳池只有 5 英尺而且很脏。不过床很舒服，大堂也很漂亮
我对早餐用餐区竟然有这么多人同时带着（5）只不同的狗，让我非常不满。他们竟然允许它们在沙发上，在地上用盘子吃饭。我觉得这太不可接受了。
我问过管理人员，他们说不允许它们进入用餐区，但什么也没做。
房间里没有地毯，也没有任何装饰，显得有些空旷，感觉有些冷。浴帘没垂到地面，所以浴室地板上到处都是水。显然，这就是为什么地板上也有一个排水管的原因。
干净清新。肥皂瓶有点难用（我有关节炎）。我们住宿期间不需要太多便利设施，但很高兴有一些。住宿条件简单。
