The staff was super friendly at check-in and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. They gifted us some water at check-in also. The breakfast was great! So many options and the hot options tasted fresh. Our room was super spacious and the beds were very comfy. The AC was meh; it was set to 67 but from the beginning it felt slightly humid and stuffy. It wasn’t miserable and everything else made for it. I will likely look for this hotel branch next time we need a place to stay.

Check-in was not handled with professionalism. As soon as we entered the room, we thought the place looked clean. We sat on the bed, but a few moments later, we began to itch. Kept itching and started getting bites on our arms and legs. We decided to leave right away. It seemed that they had bed bugs. Did not stay the night. Just added more stress and work, so when we got home, we had to disinfect all of our things before going inside our house. We arrived late, so it added more hours of driving home at night that we were trying to avoid.

When I checked in , they couldn’t figure out how to do my mobile key . Other than that , everything was super great . When ever I stay at a hotel the mattress always feels like your sleeping on the floor . But here , I didn’t want to get out of bed . Had the best sleep I have ever had at any hotel . The breakfast was amazing as well . Anything you could possibly want .

Giovanna and Stephanie in Pecos, Texas made sure that my family had everything we needed. They made sure that my aunt was taken care of by adjusting our assigned rooms. She is disabled and needed a certain type of shower. The only drawback was the curtains not working in the room and the fridge did not cool. I adjusted the temperature but it didn’t work. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Very clean place, nice little kitchen set up. We especially liked the roll out table when we ordered take out and the curtain we could use to separate the sofa and sleeping area.
