特别安静的一个小镇，著名的滑雪胜地，很多人专门来这个夏天登山冬天滑雪，特别适合来发呆什么事情都不做，特别好
一家五星级酒店竟然没有空调。
房间太小了，提供的设施也很少，这个价格住这样的房间，性价比太低了。
大家一定要躲开这个奸诈的酒店！我预定的图一房间，结果酒店给我的是图二、三，这个房型是携程上最低级的房型图四，酒店硬是让我付了每晚120瑞郎，住进我本来就应该得到的房型。携程不错，把钱退给了我，但酒店就是不承认！另外，这个酒店的大床是两个小床垫拼凑的，中间非常硌，第一晚他们骗我说没有任何解决办法，第二天看我要换酒店，结果又说可以给铺一个薄的大垫子，然后对第一晚只是抱歉，这个小镇我住了11年，其它五星级酒店都会主动提供薄床垫，大家要躲避这个**酒店。

在克莱恩大使酒店 (Crans Ambassador) 的体验非常棒。整个团队都非常友好，对每个细节都关怀备至。感谢玛丽亚 (Maria)、保罗 (Paolo) 以及其他工作人员，让这次入住体验更加特别。
我们在大使酒店住了两晚庆祝生日，巧的是，酒店在我们入住期间举办了夏日派对。这是一个在时尚而不浮夸的氛围中庆祝生日的机会，还有高质量的音乐表演。一切都很完美。团队高效热情，面带微笑，设施一流，房间宽敞，可以欣赏魏斯峰的景色，床上用品质量上乘，让我们在狂野的夏日派对后恢复活力。感谢您在生日之际的关注……明年再见！
这家酒店非常漂亮，公共区域装饰精美，温馨舒适。豪华的阿尔皮纳客房拥有令人叹为观止的度假村及周边群山美景。自助早餐还算不错，但对于一家如此高档的五星级酒店来说，人们期待的是更精致的呈现方式。健身房和水疗中心都非常吸引人，明亮宽敞。我们在酒廊用餐，菜肴精致美味；唯一的不足是钢琴整晚都在演奏同样的曲子。如果能换换风格，播放一些更现代的背景音乐，比如轻松的电子浩室音乐，会更合适，尤其是在周六晚上，但这只是个小瑕疵。酒店员工非常友善热情。
来这里是为了喝开胃酒……午夜时分，我们享用了晚餐，甜点是一杯浓郁的莫吉托（美味），最后是一杯餐后酒。露台非常漂亮，员工服务一流。卡佳女士，感谢您的盛情款待。期待下次再见。
