Honestly this is one of those true surprises. Let me start with this, what they lack in aesthetics they make up in service. The staff is top of line, especially Gigi. She is phenomenal, very helpful, caring and hospitable. The building itself is old but they are doing everything they can to get it to where it needs to be. The room i was in was updated and folks the TV was great, especially since I wanted to watch the softball championships. Honestly it was the small things, they are doing to make this a good property. I'll definitely stay again, once they get a good breakfast they will be #1

It was ok I would do it again if I had too. Only issue was the tub didn’t drain when u took shower. Also they charged my card few times had go tell them fix that a they did other than that if u really gotta go to Madison it’s worth the money no doubt about it. Room was clean. And the one lady was nice there as well from Chicago I believe. Give it a 6.2 out of ten

The building and the rooms were worn out. Breakfast was coffee and a nutri-grain bar. Not worth the amount we paid for the room.

I wanted to check in at 2:00 and Gigi said it would cost an
extra $20. so I waited until 3:00. The room was smelly
due to smoking although they had an air purifier in it. I
had to open a window to get fresh air and was worried
my clothes would smell for the next day. There was no
garbage can outside for customers to use. The price was
high for the room but no coffee or breakfast. I will not be back.

The staff was extremely rude. The tv in my room didnt work. There is absolutely NO maid service or breakfast as advertised on their website. The ENTIRE motel smelled strongly of *********. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Unfortunately the room you had it was a smoking room about 7 months ago and 7 months ago we changed the property in completely no smoking. there might be some vapor came out of carpet. We could change the room if it was reported to the front desk.

The property was aged and retrofitted, but the room was comfortable, warm, and clean; it fit our needs for a few days. We appreciated the fluffy towels and soft pillows. The area is quiet.

I have nothing but good things to say about this motel! It’s clean, quiet, safe. I can’t say enough about Gigi and Diego! They are the nicest people you want to meet. They have been very attentive to us to make sure that we have what we need. And when you ask they for anything they give it to you. I ask Gigi if she could give me a boost when my van wouldn’t start one night.. and with no hesitation she came right out and helped me. Always greeting you with hello or how it’s going. She told us everything about the area when we checked in. She is a gem. I could go on and on,but you guys get my point. Their customer service is unparalleled! Thank you guys for making our stay so far away from so warm and welcoming! Mimi!
